The Weischer Group consists of many independent companies. These exist like autonomous planets with different living conditions in the Weischer universe. Although they are allowed to be independent, they also often strive apart.

What is missing, is the sun. And therefore the purpose.

What does a purpose achieve?

Orientation

A purpose creates clarity about what the company stands for and stands up for and gives employees and market partners a clear image of the brand.

Motivation

A purpose is a common raison d’être that everyone can rally behind and that is worth fighting for.

Emotionalization

A purpose charges the brand emotionally and captivates with a common narrative that not only reaches people’s minds, but also their hearts.

Differentiation

In a market with many participants, a purpose highlights the uniqueness of the brand and thus ensures a unique position.

The path to the Why of Weischer

The results of our employee survey were analyzed in a workshop involving all Weischer companies.

The findings formed the basis for the positioning workshop in which the Weischer purpose was developed by the family, management and executive level.

The results were then presented to the employees in a transfer workshop.

The purpose was unveiled at a major event at the end of 2023, marking the starting point for the implementation of “Creating Trustful Media”.

This ensured transparency and the participation of everyone throughout the entire process.
